PACIP or Rural Development Programme is a cross government drive between DAERA, Arts CouncilNI and The Northern Ireland Rural Development Council to increase economic activity in the rural economy by supporting community interest and training.
This is the process: Stage 1. You make contact with a PACIP enquiry officer (see section below). Stage 2. If your enquiry is accepted for consideration at stage 2, the PACIP enquiry officer will schedule ten (1-2-1) advice sessions over a period of 10 weeks. Stage 3. The PACIP enquiry officer will refer your enquiry to a PACIP Services Board. The board will consider a number of applicants and select the applicants that deserve a business planning stage. Around 200 applicants will enter this stage. Stage 4. An LPS registered project manager who is external to the PACIP enquiry company will provide business planning services over a period of eight (1-2-1) sessions. Once you have entered into the project management stage you will have the services of a business planning expert to help you develop your business proposal. Stage 5. Once your business plan is approved and agreed with the PACIP enquiry company, you will be referred to Arts Council Northern Ireland. The boarding company will present your business plan to Arts Council Northern Ireland for consideration for funding support. You need to make sure that the agency you have chosen is great at marketing and will get your app seen by prospective users. There are further issues that separate individual agencies from others in the mobile application industry.
BuildApp also has a great way to get noticed. They offer promotional codes that you can give to readers to gain access to your app without having to make a purchase. In addition, they also provide Gold and Platinum plans that give your app a prominent place in their directory to create further awareness.
Yes. They often provide services that include analysis of the current app market and your idea, research to understand your target audience, advise on how you should market your app, and then work with you to create and execute a quality marketing strategy.
Every business that exists on the internet uses marketing. It is also needed for ads. You will also need an advertising budget to promote through ad placements. If you are in the service industry, then marketing will help you attract clients.
Before we get too far down the rabbit hole though, with all the talk about marketing, I want to make it clear that there are various types of marketing activities and the type of marketing services you will need will be based on your requirements. The fact that you are looking to create a mobile application may mean that you need to consider one or two additional strategies.
This is a rather interesting question to give thought to. Are you selling your actual app or are you selling an idea and serving that idea with your app/product?
If you are selling an idea, then essentially you are selling code. Code is not something that you can show to people.…but here again, you are essentially developing an environment where people are running code. Perhaps you are thinking: “No. I am not selling code. People will never see my code.”
It may be that you are selling knowledge and the value of that knowledge can be explained with code, for example. If people like what you’re putting out there and begin asking whether there is an app such as yours in other markets, then people will start asking when you will have an app, as well.
You are essentially communicating a deal. It may help to practice your pitch on other people. explaining, how you can help them.
The key is to be aware of your core message and the overall presentation of your idea.
Even though you may want to sell your app, once you do that, it’s done. You will then need to come with something new and begin selling something else. If you sell an idea, then your job will be much easier, because you can various types of solutions using technology as a vehicle to deliver that.
Of course, you may decide to do all of the above, or some combination.
You need to understand that it will not be easy. Why? Because there are more than four million (4,000,000) sites that have an app, a responsive website, and a responsive mobile app. When you start, you will be competing against everyone else.
I am not sure whether many people know this, but one of the things that explains why some agencies market mobile applications so well is because, by supplying marketing and other services, it demonstrates that these agencies are also great at doing marketing themselves as a com
